Al mencionarle eso me dijo: es que tienes las uñas muy chiquitas. Ciertamente si las tengo, pero creo que ella debería saber trabajar con todo tipo de uñas. Luego le enseñé la foto del color que quería y me dijo: no lo tengo. No me dio más opciones y por mas que yo le preguntaba: bueno y que otra cosa parecida se puede hacer? Ella solo respondió: no pues no tengo ese color y ya. Con muy mala disposición y actitud de servicio. Era la primera vez que iba y creo que será la última también. La persona que está en el mostrador muy amable.

El martes 15 de febrero acompañé a mi mamá para que le retiraran sus uñas postizas, la chica de recepción fue la única que dio buen servicio, el resto no.
La señora que la atendió fue sumamente prepotente y grosera, hizo gritar a mi mamá en dos ocasiones al quemarle dos uñas con el aparato para limar.
Le hice saber a la chica de recepción la situación pero no supe si tomaron alguna medida contra ella.
El lugar es muy bonito, sin embargo, con el lenguaje que utilizan las empleadas, su actitud y presentación dejan mucho que desear.
Definitivamente recomiendo que busquen otro lugar.

On Tuesday, February 15, I accompanied my mother to have her false nails removed, the girl at the reception was the only one who gave good service, the rest did not.
The lady who attended her was extremely arrogant and rude, she made my mom scream twice by burning two of her nails with the filing device.
I let the girl at the reception know about the situation but I didn't know if they took any action against her.
The place is very nice, however, with the language used by the employees, their attitude and presentation leave a lot to be desired.
I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
