volar; en donde se posaran era donde construirán la ciudad. Se dice que en donde se construyo el templo de la santa María de la Asunción había un sabino, fue en donde se posaron las palomas. Como era suelo fangoso se enterraron infantes para soportar los pilares de la edificación.
Legend has it that three pigeons were chosen and thrown into
fly; where they landed was where they will build the city. It is said that where the temple of Santa María de la Asunción was built there was a sabino, it was where the doves perched. As it was muddy ground, infants were buried to support the pillars of the building.

El techo tiene varios detalles al igual que cada imagen que tienen ahí
Cuando do fuimos vimos la estructura en donde se llevan a la virgen durante las peregrinaciones
Tiene una historia/leyenda bastante interesante:
Las iglesias del pueblo no duraban mucho en pie, se caía la estructura y tenían que volver a levantar un nuevo edificio; así que la gente del pueblo decidió sacrificar a 4 mujeres vírgenes y colocar sus cuerpos en las 4 esquinas del terreno (1 cuerpo por cada esquina). Y desde entonces la iglesia sigue en pie

When we went we saw the structure where they take the virgin during the pilgrimages
It has a very interesting story / legend:
The churches of the town did not last long on foot, the structure fell and they had to re-build a new building; so the townspeople decided to sacrifice 4 virgin women and place their bodies in the 4 corners of the land (1 body per corner). And since then the church is still standing
