★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días termino su trabajo de forma excelente, cuando me dio el presupuesto en una ampliación en un principio dude del costo, pero al hablar los detalles y el trabajo que esto incluía quede satisfecho, el tiempo que llevo fue aceptable puesto que estoy habitando en la casa, de forma general fue mi mejor opción y su trabajo me dejó satisfecho y sobre todo dio garantía de su trabajo y espero no se necesite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No trabaja mal. La respuesta es muy rapida. La disposicion para hacer una visita y cotizar es muy buena. Lo mio fue una obra pequeña y en el tiempo pactado fue entregada y con el avance que se pacto. Lo recomiendo por trabajar con Contrato por escrito asi cualquier variacion en lo pactado puede exigirse en el momento.

Ricardo lopéz león a través de habitissimo una empresa que cotiza por internet y le pedi un presupuesto de una construcción en obra negra en xochimilco se porto muy amable y me dió confianza me dió por escrito un presupuesto de trabajo el caso es que llegando casi al millón de pesos ya no pude conseguir más quede endeudada con varios prestamos que tuve que pedir unos con intereses que sigo y seguire pagando por un buen tiempo al comentarle a este arquitecto que ya no podia seguir me botó el trabajo dejandome la construcción en pesimas condiciones y abandonada pense que era un gran berrinche y no dije nada ahora a 4 meses que abandono la obra esta tan mal construida que la losa se esta colgando hay goteras y cuartiaduras por toda la losa el material que utilizo es de la más vaja calidad lo más barato que encontro y lo peor ya no contesta el cel y desaparecio que quede en su conciencia lo poco profesional que es me pregunto si dormira tranquilo haciendo estos fraudes

It remains in his conscience how unprofessional he is. I wonder if he will sleep peacefully doing these frauds.
