They do not respect appointments, I was waiting for two hours (my mom if they attended her for that reason I waited) obviously they did not take care of me (I did not want to) but lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui muy bien atendida, lo que si vi mal es que yo llevaba un cupón y al final me hicieron un cobro extra que no me avisaron con anticipación si yo quería o podía pagar ese extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron un excelente balayage. Ellas me indicaron el mejor color basadas en la tonalidad de mi cabello y para no lastimarlo tanto. El servicio fue muy rápido y quede totalmente satisfecha.
Mi hermana fue un par de meses después siguiendo mi recomendación y su experiencia fue muy similar a la mía.
Absolutamente recomendado, al menos para dar color a su cabello.
They made me an excellent balayage. They indicated the best color based on the hue of my hair and not to hurt it so much. The service was very fast and I was totally satisfied.
My sister went a couple of months later following my recommendation and her experience was very similar to mine.
Absolutely recommended, at least to give color to your hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citaron a las 9:30 y no había llegado nadie, estaba cerrado llegaron hasta las 10 y en lo que limpiaban nos vinieron pasando como a las 10:30. Ninguna de las chicas traía su cubreboca, les tuve que pedir de favor que se lo pusieran. Me hicieron un tratamiento de chocolate y corte y el corte nada que ver a lo que pedí, lo pedí en capas y me lo dejaron parejo y sin una sola capa ? Pero bueno ya se que a ese lugar no vuelvo y no recomiendo

La siguiente llegué a mi cita puntual y estan llenas, me dicen que en 10 minutos me pasan y es mentira. A los 30 minutos mejor me paré y me fui. Les dije que era muy poco profesional de ellas y que si iban a trasadas podrían marcar para avisar. Ni siquiera me voltearon a ver ni ofrecen disculpas. Ql contrario te dicen que la culpa es tuya porque no te puedes esperar o porque te tienes que ir temprano. FATAL ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
