★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es bastante , tarde alrededor de 40 minutos aún cuando el pedido de hizo, se pagó y se facturo un día antes. Solo era recogerlo y aún así me tardaron tanto.
The waiting time is quite long, it took about 40 minutes even when the order was made, paid and invoiced a day before. It was just picking it up and it still took me so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tanto de ventas de mostrador como en atención telefónica. No saben darte una respuesta. Se la pasan diciendo k te lo están checando y dan la caro los vendedores. El día de hoy fui por material. Y estuve casi 3 horas y 50 min. En verdad es molesto y desagradable el servicio.
Terrible service. Both counter sales and telephone service. They don't know how to give you an answer. They keep saying that they are checking it for you and the vendors give it dearly. Today I went for material. And I was almost 3 hours and 50 min. The service is really annoying and unpleasant.
