★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A different option, right on the heart of Toluca. Two blocks away from the Alameda, seems like a good place to spend some time.
Not too many stores, and moving around it is a bit difficult.
The stairs to go to the second floor are somehow hidden.
Two restaurants, a gym, a coffee shop a BBVA and a Cinépolis are pretty much all the stores there.
