Contratamos el servicio para Despedida de solteras y Ana nos cambió el hotel una semana antes en Vallarta (sin avisarnos) y el hotel donde nos cambió no tenía nada que ver con el original y no nos regresó nada de dinero tampoco. La atención por parte de ella pésima y con una actitud que deja mucho que desear. No hizo absolutamente nada para remediar el error que cometió. Cero profesional
I do not recommend this travel agency. We hired the service for Bachelorette Party and Ana changed the hotel a week before in Vallarta (without notifying us) and the hotel where she changed us had nothing to do with the original and she did not return any money to us either. The attention from her is terrible and with an attitude that leaves much to be desired. He did absolutely nothing to remedy the mistake he made. Zero professional
