Pésima calidad de servicio y atención. No tienen idea de lo que hacen, no son profesionales.
Llevé un reloj antiguo para una limpieza simple y lo dañaron, le borraron números de la carátula por utilizar solventes indebidos.
Al reclamar, se pusieron prepotentes y dijeron que “pues ya está” no se hicieron responsables de nada.

Terrible quality of service and attention. They have no idea what they do, they are not professionals.
I brought an old watch for a simple cleaning and they damaged it, had numbers removed from the dial due to using improper solvents.
When they complained, they became arrogant and said that "that's it" they were not responsible for anything.

Terrible place they messed up my watch just for opening it with blows that they gave it... I really wouldn't return to this place even if it wasn't enough... as if that weren't enough, the two men who attend are people without principles or education and they are also arrogant.
