★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricos pasteles. Mande hacer un pastel y me atendió primero una señora grande que de verdad no brinda la atención que se debe, le decía como quería mi pastel y ella se cerraba en decirme que así no se podía!. Inmediatamente me atendió la dueña y me brindó una atención excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda ERAN los mejores de la localidad. La calidad general a caído tanto que ahora son menos que ordinarios. Mi última experiencia fue un pastel quemado e insípido. Sin contar la terrible mala atención de la mujer encargada (mal encarada, grosera). Sin duda terrible de principio a fin.

Les di una nueva oportunidad y el resultado fue similar. Pastel bastante insípido. Compartí con la encargada mi mala experiencia con el pastel que adquirí previamente (quemado) y su reacción fue similar a haberle insultado. Nunca pedí ningún tipo de devolución ni bonificación ni nada similar. Posteriormente recibí la respuesta a mi comentario previo, creo que difícilmente me arriesgaré de nuevo.
De todo esto tengo manera de comprobar los hechos y acciones
They were definitely the best in town. The overall quality has dropped so much that they are now less than ordinary. My last experience was a burnt and tasteless cake. Without counting the terrible bad attention of the woman in charge (badly faced, rude). Absolutely terrible from start to finish.
Edit to my previous comment:
I gave them another chance and the result was similar. Pretty tasteless cake. I shared with the manager my bad experience with the cake that I previously purchased (burnt) and her reaction was similar to insulting her. I never asked for any type of return or bonus or anything similar. Later I received the answer to my previous comment, I think I will hardly risk it again.
