Lo más importante es que son súper ricas pues en las consultas básicamente ella te pregunta “qué quieres comer” y no solo te impone los alimentos que ella quiera. Su modalidad online es muy práctica, ella es muy puntual y la retroalimentación de cada cita es interesante. Yo estoy en un plan de nutrición deportiva con ella y me ha ido súper bien.
