Cero técnica, la música se cortaba. Nos hicieron el facial, nos pusieron una mascarilla y la dejaron “reposar” 15 minutos. Mismos que estuvimos ahí acostados solos. En la barbería de mi esposo te hacen un facial por 200 pesos y mientras te hace efecto la mascarilla, te hacen masaje en las manos.
Se les rompió el aparato de ozono y pues no tienen uno de repuesto.
Fatal.
The massage is the worst I've ever gotten :(
Zero technique, the music cut out. They gave us a facial, they put a mask on us and let it “rest” for 15 minutes. Same as we were lying there alone. In my husband's barbershop they give you a facial for 200 pesos and while the mask takes effect, they massage your hands.
Their ozone device broke and they don't have a spare.
Fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdas tu tiempo, dinero y salud. Si quieres el servicio de nutrición forzosamente tienes que pagar por adelantado el paquete de sesiones. Al final únicamente te dan una hojita bastante escueta con “puntos” pero tú te tienes que hacer bolas de cómo reflejar eso en comidas de verdad. Después de 2 sesiones de una atención bastante deficiente (confirmada por mi cardiólogo), solicité en 3 ocasiones diferentes el contrato y nunca lo mandaron. El recibo que mandaron por mail únicamente era por la mitad del pago. Como ya ni me respondían por teléfono ni mail ni nada, de plano terminamos en la PROFECO y sólo accedieron a devolver una parte del dinero. Acepté simplemente para no seguir perdiendo más el tiempo. Pésima empresa.
Don't waste your time, money and health. If you want the nutrition service, you necessarily have to pay in advance for the package of sessions. In the end they only give you a fairly brief sheet with "points" but you have to make balls of how to reflect that in real food. After 2 sessions of very poor care (confirmed by my cardiologist), I requested the contract on 3 different occasions and they never sent it. The receipt they sent by mail was only for half the payment. Since they no longer answered me by phone or mail or anything, we ended up at PROFECO and they only agreed to return part of the money. I accepted simply so as not to waste any more time. Lousy company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguí el tratamiento durante 3 meses en la sucursal Nápoles, durante ese tiempo la verdad fui cumplida con el régimen e intentaba hacer ejercicio. Solo bajé 3 kilos y fueron subidas en algunas semanas, otras me quedé igual. La verdad no me funcionó, no me gustó el sistema, no cumplí mis objetivos. Mi opinión personal es que no lo recomendaría lamentablemente.
I followed the treatment for 3 months at the Napoles branch, during which time the truth was that I complied with the regimen and tried to exercise. I only lost 3 kilos and they were increased in some weeks, others I stayed the same. The truth is that it didn't work for me, I didn't like the system, I didn't meet my goals. My personal opinion is that I would not recommend it unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 2 hour massage and a facial. The massage was literally the worst massage I've ever had. No technique, no pressure. And with my limited Spanish I didn't know what to say. So I immediately cancelled the 2nd hour facial. Do not go here for a massage
