Originalmente yo pesaba 151.1 Kg y actualmente peso 93.9 Kg. Las dietas que te pone no son excesivamente pesadas y están diseñadas de acuerdo a la persona, puede incluir suplementos alimenticios o no, dependiendo de cómo lo prefiera uno. Una de las cosas que más me agrada es que la misma nutrióloga te motiva a seguir adelante, te regaña cuando debe hacerlo y porqué debe hacerlo. Yo le agradezco bastante y espero poder seguir avanzando.
