★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al no poder hacer actividad fisica o ejercicio, recorde que la alimentacion es lo principal y con esto de la contingencia me di note que comer igual que cuando hago ejercicio pero sin el ejercicio me sube de peso, aqui me ayudaron a darme cuenta en que estaba equivocado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta super bien, por que no son polvos, no son pastillas para bajar de peso, tampoco son pastillas "naturistas" aprendi q solo la alimentacion equilibrada es capas de reparar un cuerpo con sobrepeso, y si tiene algo de logica pues la alimentacion es la q lo descompone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo lo recomiendo ampliamente, el nutriologo es muy profesional yo he bajado más de 10 kilos, su plan de alimentación es más que excelente, no te prohíbe nada de comidas ? de vez en cuando puedes comer un antojito y aun así bajas de peso ? tiene un modo particular de enseñarte lo que tienes que hacer para lograr tu objetivo que es la pérdida de esos kilos de más, tiene mucha paciencia, es muy buena persona, tiene un trato amable y respetuoso con sus pacientes!!!..
Su clínica está siempre limpia y sanitizada.
