La aplicación te muestra tus medidas, tu peso, puedes subir las fotos de tus alimentos, los deportes que prácticas, lo más importante ahí te suben tu dieta de la semana y te hacen un buen historial desde el inicio. Todo es muy personalizado. Yo he tenido resultados muy buenos.
