★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía ir a comprar seguido a este lugar por qué mi hijo adora los waffles,pizzas y las malteadas, pero con el día de hoy que fue mi 2da mala experiencia, creo q quedara vetado ese lugar
Entiendo q aveces se junta la gente pero deberían ser más sutiles y atentas al tomar la orden cuando eso pase no es culpa de uno q se les junte tanto uno hace ya con esperar y ser paciente oh tener una 3era persona q les ayude a atender
La vez pasada se tardaron más de 40 minutos en atenderme, me dieron mal mi pedido y luego no me quisieron hacer cobro con tarjeta la chica que atiende fue muy grosera y hoy hice mi pedido y a la hora de cobrarme al pagar solo llevaba un billete pues no me quiso recibir que por q estaba roto ay veces q los billetes si ya están deteriorados pero no era el caso con mi billete la chica se portó grosera y no me quiso atender sino traía otro billete,ya era de noche e iba sola con mi hijo tuve q ir a cambiar el billete a la farmacia de por ahí y regresar sino hubiese sido tan noche y no fuera el antojo de mi hijo aseguraría q no regreso ?
Si están ricas las cosas y por ser el lugar más cercano también uno va ahí,pero como clientes merecemos un mejor trato

If things are delicious and because it is the closest place, one also goes there, but as clients we deserve better treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero qué sólo me haya pasado a mi, algo sucio el lugar, la atención de la chica exelente, no se si el dueño ó encargado estaba modificando luces afuera, pero créame la limpieza es algo fundamental para tener una buena impresión del lugar, moscas en su lugar de preparación no es algo qué guste al cliente, fuera de ahí el café moka y el frapuchino, con buen sabor, espero en mi próxima visita tenga una mejor impresión del lugar!!!!
