Una cosa esta muy clara, les aseguro que si alguien va a la consulta de un Nutriólogo o dietista-nutricionista para perder peso, es obvio que lo que estaba haciendo hasta ahora, no era normal, o si más no, no era lo conveniente, ya que sino tendría el peso que le corresponde. Así que si están en un proceso de perdida de peso, que sepan que si quieren mantener el peso, sólo si quieres, tendrás que comer de manera anormal para ustedes, y hacerlo como te lo haya pautado tu nutriólogo o dietista-nutricionista.
