Mi experiencia:
Yo llegue por qué por cuestiones personales necesitaba bajar de 90.900 kg a 80kg almenos en poco más de un mes, no es recomendable pero de verdad lo necesitaba, así que acudí se me dió un plan de nutrición y me ayudó incluso a elegir que productos del súper comprar, cada semana notaba la mejoría y para poder llevar la dieta yo preguntaba que pequeños ajustes se podían hacer en las comidas y ella me daba opciones, así que les dejo unas fotos del cambio, quizá en foto no se aprecie como es realmente pero de verdad estoy muy contento. Gracias si haz leído todo y ve con todo si quieres cambiar tu físico, sea la razón por la que sea.
