No te hace sentir desmotivado ni mucho menos, todo lo contrario, te apoya en todo y te explica cómo poder adaptarte más fácil al cambio de tu alimentación.
La recomiendo totalmente, en el tiempo que llevo con ella, he perdido unos 32 Kg y la meta es bajar todavía más.
Además la agilidad y la condición física es totalmente diferente que cuando empecé con ella.
