★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la atención personalizada de Paola. En menos de una semana bajé 1 kilo de peso y de 4 a 3 de grasa Viceral. Me encantan los menús, las recetas, las combinaciones, la creatividad para poder crear mis propios platos y nunca aburrirme o quedarme con hambre.
La recomiendo 100%, me siento muy ligera y con fuerza. Empecé a hacer ejercicio de nuevo y tengo mejor rendimiento.

I love Paola's personal attention. In less than a week I lost 1 kilo of weight and 4 to 3 of Viceral fat. I love the menus, the recipes, the combinations, the creativity to be able to create my own dishes and never get bored or hungry.
I recommend it 100%, I feel very light and strong. I started exercising again and I am doing better.

Yo realmente estoy muy contento con ella. Su forma de impartir las cesiones son para bien, muy detalladas basándose en las metas que tu quieres alcanzar. Los planes alimenticios son con forme a lo que tu estas buscando y realmente no son para nada aburridos. Al día de hoy puedo decir que Paola no simplemente me dio un plan de dieta para bajar de peso, si no que cambio mi estilo alimenticio y la transición fue pasiva. Paola es realmente una excelente nutriologa, comprende muy bien tus hábitos y la transición es para nada agresiva.

I am really very happy with it. His way of imparting assignments are for the better, very detailed based on the goals you want to achieve. The meal plans are according to what you are looking for and they really are not boring at all. To this day I can say that Paola not simply gave me a diet plan to lose weight, but changed my eating style and the transition was passive. Paola is really an excellent nutritionist, she understands your habits very well and the transition is not at all aggressive.
