Explica el por que del proceso y lo hace de una manera muy educativa y clara. No solamente te da una lista de alimentos tmb te da una alternativa basada a tus horarios y capacidades para mejorar tu salud!
Super recommended. I loved the way she treats the patient, she is very empathic, kind and understanding. I learned a lot from the first date and it made me see the importance of self-care. He explains the why of the process and does it in a very educational and clear way. Not only does it give you a list of foods, it also gives you an alternative based on your schedule and abilities to improve your health!
