Tengo tiroides y me cuesta demasiado bajar de peso, pero asistir con Denise me ha ayudado a reconciliarme con la comida, comer sin culpa, perder el miedo a subir de peso...
No es hacer dieta, es aprender a comer.
Creo que es una persona muy profesional que no solo te da tu plan alimenticio, si no que te ayuda a eliminar conductas negativas. Cambia tu mente y construye tu cuerpo.
La super recomiendo.
Si subes de peso y te cuesta bajar, si estas cansada de hacer dietas, si haces ejercicio pero no bajas...quizás el problema está también en tu mente.
