★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor nutrióloga, en lo personal yo no le llamaría dieta, si no que Martha te enseña a comer adecuadamente, sus planes alimenticios son lo mejor, te da muchas opciones para variar comidas sanas y con un poco de ejercicio te ayuda en demasía a llevar una vida mucho más saludable.

The best nutritionist, personally I would not call it a diet, but Martha teaches you to eat properly, her meal plans are the best, she gives you many options to vary healthy meals and with a little exercise she helps you carry too much a much healthier life.

I am more than happy with the consultations, I went for health issues and even though I am still in my recovery process, my improvement has been remarkable, they have explained me with patience and kindness, not to mention that I have not been hungry, and I have seen progress on each query.
