Me ayudo bastante en el proceso a mantener el peso durante la gestación y con mi lactancia ya vamos por 2 años y mi hijo y yo encantados. Siempre ayudándonos con nuestros platillos y tips para seguir con el plan alimenticio, los cuales son prácticos y muy amigables.
