Hace 5 meses me di a la tarea de empezar a buscar en que ejercitarme por
( problemas de columna) y sedentarismo, vivo sola y también pence que tenía que conocer y convivir con personas.
Y algo que me encanta de Teresa Guzmán es que me cuida mucho de no lastimarme, y eso para mi es muy importante. ( creo que elegi el deporte ideal )
Me ha costado mucho trabajo ser disciplinada.
Pero veo los cambios en mi cuerpo...y vale la pena.
La recomiendo al mil.
