A nosotros, nos trató en grupo, aunque cada uno tenía su plan de forma individual y todos bajamos de peso efectivamente. A mi hace 3 años que la conozco y bajé 18 kg :). Definitivamente, aparte de ser gran persona, es una gran profesional.
