★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal caracter por parte de la dependiente, atendio de mala manera mas a parte no nos brindo en ticket de venta que pena un cliente menos, podrian brindarles curso de atencion al cliente les ayudaria a tener una mejor imagen de su franquicia o tal vez no les importe el hecho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un helado sencillo de $46.00 y la vdd con muy poco helado y de toping en vez de chocolate, pedí cajeta, la cual me le puso súper poquito, y pedí coco tostado y granillo de chocolate a lo que la chava me respondió que solo eran 2 topings, y que la cajeta contaba tmbn...y que el chocolate era opcional. Todo esto de muy mala gana, pues desde la caja ella me quería cobrar el helado de $56.00 pero yo vi en el menú el de $46 así que opté x ese... ademas que no me dio ticket!! No es La primera vez que compro un helado ahí, es por eso que se me hizo muy mal el servicio y la porción del helado
