★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente bastante mediocre, en lugar de darte soluciones, te hacen gestos y caras desagradables, en resumen bastante groceros. No recomiendo pagar la fruta en esta sucursal, te ponen 3 trozos de fruta, solo te dejan pedir 1 tipo de fruta y la que te ponen toda vieja y oxidada, y cuando les pides que no te pongan la fruta que está oxidada se enojan como si fuera de su cosecha, y para rematar nunca me había tocado que me tomaran la cobertura como topping y cuando quise que le pusieran al final me dijeron que no se podía ?, osea cómo un helado de nutrissa sin cobertura??? Realmente inaudito!!! Para eso hasta me sale mejor ir al carrito de la esquina, por lo menos te tratan bien.
The rather mediocre customer service, instead of giving you solutions, they make you unpleasant gestures and faces, in short quite rude. I do not recommend paying for the fruit in this branch, they give you 3 pieces of fruit, they only let you ask for 1 type of fruit and the one that they put all old and rusty, and when you ask them not to put the fruit that is rusty they get angry like If it were from their harvest, and to top it off, I had never had the topping taken as a topping and when I wanted them to put it at the end they told me it couldn't be ?, I mean, how does a nutrissa ice cream without a covering ??? Really unheard of !!! For that, it is even better for me to go to the cart on the corner, at least they treat you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal renovada y amplia, cuenta con mesitas y sillas para tomar tu helado ahí mismo. La única desventaja es que no cuenta con baños. El servicio es rápido y amable y la calidad de los helados bastante buena. Ofrecen también snacks y otras cosas.
