★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen estacionamiento para autos grandes en la planta baja, hay que ir hasta el sótano del chedraui... La plaza aun tiene espacios por lo que no hay aglomeración de personas, toman las medidas pertinentes de sanitizacion y tiene buena variedad de tiendas...

Parece que las capacitaciones no son del todo útiles. Creo que si eres el encargado de tomar pedidos debes tener la capacidad para hacerlo. Y esto incluye informarle al cliente sobre cualquier promoción para un mejor servicio.
Compre 5 helados, supuestamente es jueves de promoción 2X1 y la chica me dijo que aplicaba en cualquier helado. Al final me viene diciendo que no se aplicaron las promociones ya que al parecer únicamente había promoción con sencillos dobles. Pero me lo dice ya cuando se cobro de mi tarjeta!!!!!
Le pregunte por un reembolso o que me cambiará mis pedidos por los de la promoción y literalmente me mandó a la vrga.
Terrible service. Zero stars.
It seems that the trainings are not entirely useful. I think that if you are the one in charge of taking orders you must have the capacity to do it. And this includes informing the customer about any promotions for better service.
I bought 5 ice creams, supposedly it's Thursday with a 2X1 promotion and the girl told me that it applied to any ice cream. In the end he tells me that the promotions were not applied since apparently there was only promotion with double singles. But he tells me when he charged my card!!!!!
I asked him for a refund or that he will change my orders for the ones in the promotion and he literally sent me to the vrga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajadores no tienen nada de amabilidad, no preparan el helado como debe ser ya que le ponen MENOS ingredientes como la puntita de LA cuchara cafetera y muy poco helado. Nada que ver a sus fotos publicadas. En conclusión en esta tienda te roban para lo que cobran es ingusto.
The workers are not kind at all, they do not prepare the ice cream as it should be since they put LESS ingredients like the tip of THE coffee spoon and very little ice cream. Nothing to do with your published photos. In conclusion, in this store they rob you for what they charge is unpleasant.
