★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, una señora de lentes atiende como le da la gana, mi pedido era con fruta y si no le digo ni fruta le pone diciendo "no me pediste", todo esto en la sucursal del mexipuerto de la parte de arriba.
Terrible service, a lady with glasses attends as she pleases, my order was with fruit and if I don't tell her not even fruit she says "you didn't ask me", all this in the Mexiport branch upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy jueves es 2x1 en helados en Nutrisa, siendo las 7:55 pm acudí a ésta franquicia de Cetram Mexipuerto Toreo y al llegar a la caja pedí un helado grande con fruta, la cajera me cobró y dijo que su máquina no servía por lo que no me dió mi ticket, sólo le dijo a su compañera de mostrador que me diera un helado; después de escoger la fruta y terminar el helado la mujer del mostrador me entrega y me dice gracias, por lo que le dije que eran 2x1 y me contestó que esa promoción costaba más. He comprado otras veces ahí y es la primera vez que esto sucede, siempre me habían entregado los 2 helados sin necesidad de pedírselos, la verdad no sé qué pensar.
Today Thursday is 2 for 1 in ice cream at Nutrisa, at 7:55 pm I went to this franchise of Cetram Mexipuerto Toreo and when I got to the box I asked for a large ice cream with fruit, the cashier charged me and said that her machine was not working so she didn't give me my ticket, she just told her counter partner to give me an ice cream; After choosing the fruit and finishing the ice cream, the woman at the counter hands me over and says thank you, so I told her that they were 2 for 1 and she replied that this promotion cost more. I have bought other times there and it is the first time that this happens, they had always given me the 2 ice creams without having to ask them, I really don't know what to think.
