★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te sofocas de lo pequeño que es, atención lenta, desorganización, hacen una fila para pagar y otra para ordenar, lo cual es estúpido, deberían de atenderte así cómo vas pagando entonces si vas solo no es la mejor opción, alguien tiene que formarse en pagar y alguien más en ordenar, si no te va a aventar cerca de 35 minutos
You suffocate from how small it is, slow attention, disorganization, they make a line to pay and another to order, which is stupid, they should assist you so how are you paying then if you go alone is not the best option, someone has to train in pay and someone else to order, if you are not going to throw about 35 minutes

Hasta ahora el servicio es muy amable, se encuentra muy cerca de metro Copilco y por lo tanto es un buen lugar para comprar antes de entrar del metro o saliendo de él

They should be standard measurements because the soft serve ice cream I buy is uneven. I would not order at this branch again nor do I recommend it.
