★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita estaba echando novio en la parte de afuera, entre y no había nadie quien me atendiera hasta que se dio cuenta, posteriormente pedí mi producto y me comentó que no tenía pago con tarjeta, el cual era mi único método de pago, por lo tanto no pude adquirir mi producto y ustedes no generaron una venta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos helados en general, en ocasiones llegue a tener problemas con la consistencia del helado suave...muy aguado, que pienso que es un tema que han mejorado bastante, no sólo en esta sucursal, se repetía en varias sucursales y que lo han solucionado. Algo nuevo que incorporaron en esta sucursal es que el efectivo lo reciben a través de máquinas y estas mismas expulsan el cambio, no me parece tan efectivo esta forma de recibir el pago en efectivo por que al igual que las máquinas de pago de estacionamiento siempre tienen problemas reconociendo los billetes.

La calidad percibida del producto es buena, salvo que tienen poca variedad de tips para según qué promociones.
