★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado que nos vendieron estaba en mal estado y aun cuando le dije a la señorita que nos despacho, dijo que no podía cambiarlo.. Que la camara no la dejaba.... Al final saliendo lo tiramos a la basura... Pésima su actitud...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte del personal. Disfruto mucho de los helados nutrisa pero en esta sucursal las empleadas te tratan de mala gana y con prisa, ni escogí mis toppings agusto.
Bad service from the staff. I really enjoy nutrisa ice creams but in this branch the employees treat you reluctantly and in a hurry, nor did I choose my agusto toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 profesionales nunca tienen ganas de atender parece que se los corren de sus casas y llegan a trabajar con una aptitud súper pesada ya varias veces me han negado la venta debido a que no tienen cambio nunca ni de 200 ni de 100 pesos y menos de 500 , definitivamente deberían cerrar ese lugar o cambiar el personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal la atención y además te sirven con hambre y de mal modo, yo normalmente prefiero esta cadena sobre Moyo y dicho sea de paso esta a solo unos metros de esta mala experiencia.
Y eso que no tienen gente sino peor hubiera estado

En otra visita. Yo siempre pido paletas naturales llegué y pedí una, me pregunto en caja después de mi solicitud ¿La quiere de fresa? Repetí y dije NO LA QUIERO NATURAL. Ya que me despachan veo la envoltura y me la dio de fresa, se los comenté y en lugar de ofrecerme disculpas, comenzó el vendedor a alegarme de que yo tenía la culpa. Jajajaja si fue demasiado. Prefiero caminar otra cuadra y ir a otro nutrisa o pagar un poco más para irme a otra heladeria a qué me hagan caras.
