★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal seguido quieren paquetes, y lo entiendo, es un negocio y seguro hay comisiones, pero es odioso que siempre te anden queriendo hacer pagar lo más caro. Y lo peor es que el día de hoy, el chavo de caja nos dijo tal cual que los precios y promociones varían dependiendo de la sucursal. ¡Qué horror que prefieran perder clientes que ser honestos y no mentir con tal de comisionar!
Asco de sucursal y personal, nunca vayan.
In this branch they often want packages, and I understand it, it's a business and there are sure to be commissions, but it's odious that they always want to make you pay the most expensive. And the worst thing is that today, the cashier told us just as the prices and promotions vary depending on the branch. What a horror that they prefer to lose customers to be honest and not lie to commission!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están decayendo en calidad. Los personajes q atienden apenas si hablan, nada q ver con esa franquicia q daban ganas de adquirir.
Adicional han eliminado complementos para sus helados como la zarzamora lo cual en lo particular es muy mala referencia.
Solo por algo muy particular regresaría a comprar con ellos
They are declining in quality. The characters that attend barely talk, nothing to do with that franchise that they wanted to acquire.
Additional have removed supplements for their ice creams like the blackberry which in particular is very bad reference.
Only for something very particular would return to buy with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado suave es bueno porque es el mismo producto en todas las sucursales pero el personal es TERRIBLE!! Salvo Luis que nos sirvió el helado hoy, muy amable, los demás son como zombies, sobre todo la cajera "Brens" que ni siquiera se digno a mirarnos cuando hicimos el pedido.
No recomiendo que compren en esta sucursal.
The soft ice cream is good because it is the same product in all branches but the staff is TERRIBLE !! Except Luis who served us the ice cream today, very kind, the others are like zombies, especially the cashier "Brens" who did not even look at us when we placed the order.
I do not recommend that you buy at this branch.
