No sé si quien me atendió se equivocó o que fue lo que pasó pero me fui triste, yo quería mi abeja y mi regalo por descargarme 40megas de descuentos.

Por la señora Araceli López, parece ser gerente de él lugar, se le pregunta algo de buena manera y contesta de una manera bastante grosera y prepotente, lastima por el buen producto que tienen, me llevo un mal sabor de boca, espero puedan resolver esta situación. Porque si fue bastante grosera esta señora.
Terrible customer service
For Mrs. Araceli López, she seems to be the manager of the place, she is asked something in a good way and she answers in a rather rude and arrogant way, it hurts for the good product they have, I have a bad taste in my mouth, I hope they can solve this situation. Because if this lady was quite rude.

The service good, I like the promotion on Thursdays, however they lowered the quality of the ice cream, it was creamier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro, y siempre quieren agregarle cosas extra. Me cobra por lo que le pido para que después me diga que no tiene ese sabor. Además no te sellan el boleto del estacionamiento y tienes que pagar otros 24 pesos de estacionamiento. Muy mal servicio y precios para un sabor regular.
Very expensive, and they always want to add extra things to it. He charges me for what I ask him to tell me later that it doesn't taste like that. Also, they don't stamp your parking ticket and you have to pay another 24 pesos for parking. Very bad service and prices for a so-so taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus promociones los días jueves están excelentes, pero esta última ocasión que fui me llevo la sorpresa que subieron sus precios y quitaron producto, ya que la porción era demasiado pequeña. La calidad en cuanto a sabor pasable pero los cereales que te agregan igual muy poquito contenido.
Their promotions on Thursdays are excellent, but this last time I went I was surprised that they raised their prices and removed product, since the portion was too small. The quality in terms of passable taste but the cereals that add very little content.
