★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezaron bien pero, desde hace unas semanas, el servicio se ha vuelto mediocre. Sirven los helados como les da la gana y la gerente Rocío carece totalmente de actitud de servicio. Nutrisa de mal en peor.
They started well but, since a few weeks, the service has become mediocre. They serve the ice creams as they please and the manager Rocío totally lacks a service attitude. Nutrisa from bad to worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal qué he visitado, desde el momento en que te hacen el cobro, en mi caso pague con Mercado libre y no supieron darme mi ticket y querían hacerme el cargo doble vez, aunque desde la app les enseñe el cobro y aun así no lo podkan entender. Sirven los helados como les da la gana, no tienen todos los toppings. La gerente Rocío cero actitud de servicios y cero resolución de problemas
