★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención. Se tardaron 10 minutos en "revisar" el billete con el q pagué. Para terminar diciendo que el billete se despintaba un poquito y q no me lo iban a aceptar.
Cabe mencionar que el billete no era falso y me compre un helado en el Santa Clara de al lado.
Gerencia. Denles un plumón para que revisen los billetes
 Terrible customer service. It took 10 minutes to "check" the ticket with which I paid. To finish by saying that the bill was faded a little and that they were not going to accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui al Nutrisa que está en la parte de planta baja. La chica que me atendió fue muy grosera. Me preguntó qué sabor de helado quería y la verdad no la escuché bien por lo que por pena le contesté lo que quería en el helado, ella se molestó y me contestó muy grosera y alzandome la voz al grado de que los que estaban alrededor voltearon a ver. Le contesté lo que me había preguntado y le dije "perdón" con algo de sarcasmo a lo que ella cínicamente me dijo "no pasa nada"
Eso en cuanto al trato del personal, en cuanto al helado, era súper poca cantidad de helado. Prácticamente era puro chocolate duro y nada de helado además de estar ya muy líquido.
No lo recomiendo.
Today I went to the Nutrisa which is on the ground floor. The girl who attended me was very rude. She asked me what flavor of ice cream I wanted and the truth was I did not hear her well, so out of shame I answered her what I wanted in the ice cream, she got upset and answered me very rude and raising her voice to the point that those who were around turned to watch. I answered what she had asked me and I said "sorry" with some sarcasm to which she cynically told me "nothing happens"
That in terms of the treatment of the staff, as for the ice cream, it was a super small amount of ice cream. It was practically all hard chocolate and no ice cream besides being already very runny.
I do not recommend it.
