★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 25 de Julio 2020 me atendió un joven de nombre Diego grosero en su forma de responder, solo porque le pregunté que si no le ponían nombre a los toping y me respondió que los jueves no se los ponen y a la hora de pagar me dijo que no tenía cambio y cuando le dije que lo hiba a reportar me dijo que si tenían cambio,deberían de checar la actitud de su personal,como si nos hiciera un favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre eh comprado y atienden bien pero el día de hoy me atendió una señorita de anteojos que lamentablemente no supe su nombre pero atendía muy mal y al preguntar que cereales tenían me los dijo de mala gana, aparte que no me sirvió como siempre lo hacen, pésimo servicio .
En fin, muy ricos pero amarga experiencia el día de hoy
I have always bought and they serve well but today I was attended by a lady with glasses who unfortunately I did not know her name but she was very poor and when I asked what cereals they had she told me reluctantly, apart from that it did not serve me as they always do, terrible service .
Anyway, very rich but bitter experience today

Mi helado no fue preparado cómo yo quería ella me dio lo que quiso?
Opinó deverian de cambiar su personal por alguien que realmente quiera trabajar ahí, comprendo que todo el día se la pasan en movimiento y brindando su servicio, pero no son maneras de tratar a los clientes.
Hoy visitando nutrisa metro toreo me llevo una muy mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi segunda vez aquí, y en las dos veces me han dado mal servicio. La primera vez, me dieron un helado que alguien no quiso, y como les sobraba, me lo dieron.
Volví a acudir y me cobraron sin decirme ni pedirme permiso, unos topping extra de Snickers, que ni mi pareja ni yo solicitamos. Fue hasta que vimos el ticket que nos percatamos del cobro extra.
No vamos a volver.
