The promotion on Thursday is great. But there is a big difference in this branch, they do not fill your glass like in other establishments and ice cream is more watery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo todo, aumentaron a $100 el costo de los helados dizque dobles. Fuimos el jueves a comprar y la punta del helado a penas rebasaba medio centímetro el vaso, cuando le comenté a los encargados salieron con la mentira de que es porque el vaso es más ancho, cuando he estado yendo a otros Nutrisa desde hace meses cada semana y este es el único donde el helado era tan miserable, igual con los toppings. O sea, no pueden hacer las dos cosas, subir precio y bajar la cantidad. NO LO RECOMIENDO, NO VALE LA PENA EN LO ABSOLUTO. Y si es que los empleados se quedan con helado como sé que sí lo hacen en otros lugares, qué mal, porque al menos desde mi experiencia no solo no iré de nuevo a esa sucursal, sino que me voy a encargar de decirle a cuánta gente me sea posible que es una estafa.
Everything was terrible, they increased the cost of so-called double ice creams to $100. We went shopping on Thursday and the tip of the ice cream barely exceeded half a centimeter from the glass, when I told the managers they came out with the lie that it is because the glass is wider, when I have been going to other Nutrisas for months every week and this is the only one where the ice cream was so miserable, same with the toppings. In other words, they cannot do both, raise the price and lower the quantity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. And if the employees stay with ice cream as I know they do in other places, too bad, because at least from my experience not only will I not go to that branch again, but I will take care of telling how many people I may be a scam.
