El precio lo vale, y yo lo valgo. Logre mi meta de peso y la supere, esto me hizo ademas rendir mas en el ejecicio y en mis competencias; sin duda lo recomiendo mucho; es super comodo que alguien cocine por ti todas las comidas del dia, cuando no se tiene tiempo de cocinar, esta es una super buena opcion I was a Nutriwen customer on two occasions, first for approximately 9 months, then I suspended for a while and came back for other months, I was always very happy with the meals, the Nutiwen kitchen is very rich and it is the method to be FIT that has worked best for me of many types of diets that I have done; I loved the punctuality with which they deliver the meals, without fail and also the personalized attention is a plus. La comida es deliciosa literal no sientes que estas a dieta. Yo bajé al rededor de 20 y tantos kilos, fue super rápido y divertido. Muy recomendada la experiencia de nutrición con nutriwen. Los planes de comidas son de buena calidad y valen la pena por el precio. Te dan de comer de todo y no te privan de harinas y aún así bajas. La verdad esta de lujo este sistema. Si de verdad no tienen tiempo de cocinar y no han podido bajar de peso, este es su plan ideal. No se van a arrepentir. Además cuentan con consultas semanales por nutriologos especializados ya incluidos en el plan. Super amables todos y super profesionales. :) I highly recommend this nutrition system. It is the best investment you can make for your health. The meal plans are of good quality and well worth the price. They feed you everything and they don't deprive you of flour and you still get low. The truth is this system is luxurious. If you really don't have time to cook and haven't been able to lose weight, this is your ideal plan. They will not regret it. They also have weekly consultations by specialized nutritionists already included in the plan. Super friendly all and super professionals. :)
