You can see the commitment, professionalism, dedication and passion with which they serve us and provide us with a top service. Your food, DELICIOUS! Absolute peace to have my food in your hands. With you I no longer worry about restrictions, nor stay hungry, ON THE CONTRARY: as delicious, nutritious, I am satisfied and I do not worry about having to do the terrible pantry, weekly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pasaron ni dos días de haber iniciado la dieta cuando la comida me causó dolor de cabeza (las calorías que ingerí no fueron suficientes) y me dañó en el estómago. Su respuesta fue "puede que hayas incubado la infección desde hace días o quizás tengas COVID". Tuvieron a bien decirme que mejor fuera con un médico. Básicamente me dejaron a la deriva y no se hicieron responsables ni me regresaron el dinero. El dinero lo dejaron a cuenta de la siguiente semana que resuma el servicio.... en verdad con esta experiencia piensan que voy a retomar?
Estaba muy entusiasmada con este servicio puesto que en verdad lo necesito, pero me llevé una gran desilusión.
It wasn't even two days after I started the diet when the food gave me a headache (the calories I ate weren't enough) and hurt my stomach. His response was "you may have been incubating the infection for days or maybe you have COVID." They were kind enough to tell me that it was better to see a doctor. They basically left me adrift and did not take responsibility or return my money. The money was left on account of the following week to resume the service .... really with this experience do you think I'm going to resume?
I was very excited about this service since I really need it, but was very disappointed.
