★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención recibida por medio de la página web fue muy buena, completa y con mucha cordialidad. Llegando a la tienda cambio el panorama, la vendedora no quería enseñarme los diferentes modelos (básicamente la comisión iba para la persona que le atendió por medio de la web) entonces fue muy muy mala. Compre una silla y si yo no me acerco en el momento en que la están emplayando me habrían entregado con un daño evidente que hasta les impedía emplayar.
 The attention received through the website was very good, complete and with great cordiality. Arriving at the store changed the picture, the seller did not want to show me the different models (basically the commission went to the person who attended her through the web) so it was very very bad. I bought a chair and if I did not approach it when they were using it, they would have delivered me with an obvious damage that even prevented them from using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos desde Querétaro minutos antes de las 15:00 de la tarde y los empleados ya estaban en la puerta cerrando y por más que les dijimos que sólo veníamos a ver una silla, nos dijeron que ya no podían atendernos... Así que si les interesa algún producto lleguen con mucha anticipación para que se dignen en atenderlos.

1 - Silla ROTA después de haberla utilizado 15 días aprox.
2 - No aceptan que es un fallo de soldadura en la fabricación
3 - No ayudan con la reparación, y me quieren cobrar casi lo mismo que una silla nueva
Y LO PEOR DE TODO:
4 - después de dejar una review en Google explicando esto a la gente...
ME LLAMA EL ABOGADO DE LA EMPRESA CON AMENAZAS.
SI NO QUITO EL REVIEW ME DENUNCIA Y NOS VEREMOS LAS CARAS EN LOS TRIBUNALES.
Nunca antes me había sucedido algo así.
HORRIBLE TRATO con esta gente.
FACTS:
1 - BROKEN chair after having used it for approx. 15 days.
2 - They do not accept that it is a manufacturing welding fault
3 - They do not help with the repair, and they want to charge me almost the same as a new chair
AND WORST OF ALL:
4 - after leaving a review on Google explaining this to people...
THE LAWYER OF THE COMPANY CALLS ME WITH THREATS.
IF I DON'T REMOVE THE REVIEW, SHE WILL REPORT ME AND WE WILL SEE OUR FACES IN THE COURTS.
Nothing like this had ever happened to me before.
HORRIBLE DEAL with these people.

- MALA CALIDAD:
1. silla rota por defecto de soldadura en una pata, con 15 días de uso)
- HORRIBLE SERVICIO POST VENTA Y ATENCIÓN A CLIENTE:
1. tras el defecto de fábrica, no me aceptan una garantía ni una reparación.
2. me cobran también el costo de envío al taller donde me la repararían. (me sale más cara la reparación casi que una silla nueva)
3. hablo con varias personas de la compañía y todas me dicen cosas distintas. Cuando internamente se dan cuenta, derrepente todas ellas rectifican y me dan la misma solución de empresa poco profesional.
Sinceramente, no los recomiendo PARA NADA... Me han defraudado enormemente, y seguro seguro si alguien me pregunta les recomendaré que ni miren su página web. MUY DECEPCIONANTE

2. They also charge me the shipping cost to the workshop where they would repair it. (the repair is almost more expensive than a new chair)
3. I talk to several people in the company and they all tell me different things. When internally they realize, suddenly all of them rectify and give me the same unprofessional company solution.
Honestly, I don't recommend them AT ALL... They have disappointed me enormously, and I'm sure if someone asks me, I'll recommend that they don't even look at their website. VERY DISAPPOINTING
