El pan de centeno de masa madre de molde también es muy bueno y me encanta que haya está opción porque me es más fácil al partir. Seguro regresaré más veces a seguir probando su delicioso pan ? Sabe a fermento de masa madre, el precio me parece justo y tienen buena variedad. Esperaba que la de centeno fuera más obscura, aunque supongo que sólo ocupan un porcentaje de harina de centeno; de cualquier modo seguiré comprando con ellas. El trato es amable, el lugar es lindo y además tienen pan de molde que para mí es mucho mejor al momento de cortar. En su IG tienen el menú con precios y todo. Muy recomendado. Estaría increíble si el horario fuera más extenso, y esperemos que se pueda según vaya aumentando la demanda, que seguro sucederá. 04/20/22 This is the second time I buy a loaf at NUUP and I am very happy with their bread. It tastes like sourdough ferment, the price seems fair and they have a good variety. I was expecting the rye to be darker, although I suppose they only take up a percentage of rye flour; I will continue to buy from them anyway. The treatment is friendly, the place is nice and they also have sliced bread that for me is much better when cutting. On their IG they have the menu with prices and everything. Highly recommended. It would be incredible if the hours were longer, and we hope that as demand increases, which will surely happen.
