González del área de Operaciones de ODAS, ya que es el encargado del departamento Jurídico, es una persona irresponsable, las 4 veces q fui a que me revisara una documentación para cambio de propietario de la boleta de pago, el tipo nunca estuvo, llega super tarde (10-11am) y se va antes de su hr de salida (4pm), hablé con él por teléfono, me citó a las 3.30 pm y no le importó q iba a ir a que revisara la documentación y se fue, no tiene profesionalismo, es una persona incumplida, así que si van a hacer cambio de propietario de su boleta de pago, les recomiendo que llamen primero para verificar que esté ese tipo, porque sino van a ir a perder su tiempo y hacer corajes, el teléfono es 59217157, suerte ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy a la mano ,no había mucha gente para pagar,heran como 5 personas formadas y ventanillas igual como 5 , de esas 4 atendían 4 pero la única que cobrará Hera la no.1 y atendía a una persona que llevaba como 10 o más pagarés y las demás cajas solo veían, los demás esperando para pagar así paso más de media hora ,y nosotros para presionar algo ,nos paramos enfrente de las cajas ,casi enseguida salió una persona de ahí mismo de las cajas ,y nos informo que nos saliéramos y nos sentamos y esperar a que nos llamarán así paso como otros 10 o 15 minutos porque de otra manera las iban a regañar su jefe inmediato ,casi en seguida llegó otra persona de ahí mismo empezó cobrar a los demás y fue que se regularizó alegaron que no había sistema,enfin éramos pocos por pagar , que abiliten a las demás cajeras a cobrar cualquier trámite.y poder salir lo antes posible bueno eso digo yo .gracias
