Just one sour note and it’s not major. It’s somewhat annoying to me to go to the sole payment window to give them money. The person often is sorting papers of some sort or other routine stuff.
She knows I’m there but refuses to look up and acknowledge my presence. Although she knows I’m there. This has gone on for more than 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes when it takes so long, I’ll go sit down and wait until she decides it’s convenient to help me.
Only then will she help this customer give her money and receive a receipt that takes less than a minute.
So, it seems to me she’s more interested in doing what she wants to do that’s routine rather than serve a customer. There’s room for improvement here.
