It is very complete and has enough space to choose where to train.

Very dirty and they do not clean the equipment after each training session and almost no one uses mouth guards, they are not respecting sanitation in these times of pandemic.

The place is very nice, the staff is very attentive, it is clean and very quiet, I just wish the music would vary more, suddenly if it bores having the same beat all the time

Many functional appliances but VERY DIRTY always!!

I would like them to clean the appliances from the bottom, especially those that face the street. They will sanitize them constantly since when they exercise, users do not wear face masks. Only some do

Let's see, let's talk about oxygen, several bad points: it is located in an area classified as a red light in the Tláhuac Mayor's Office, the parking lot is exaggeratedly small, this combination makes you not train so comfortable because you are thinking about the safety of your vehicle . The attention at the reception, well neither bad nor good, quite standard for the surroundings. The trainers, well we are talking about the classic uncertified trainers, who follow the old school (especially in the misuse of equipment) ah! And to top it off, you despots when you don't ask for their "training." On the other hand, the prices are quite competitive, very good I would say. The quality of the appliances and their condition is very good. Quite spacious, we are talking about a large gym. The fatality of the gym: In these times of pandemic, the staff does not make an effort to comply with the necessary sanitary measures, well, and little less guide the other people with the use of mouth covers (same that neither the trainers use). That's it, no one with a mouth guard, very little hygiene.

Terrible service by the coaches due to lack of commitment and attention, they caused me a spinal injury and when I commented, they misunderstood, they did not even care about my injury, so I do not think they are qualified personnel to attend in that range and the administration did not take letters in the matter and people who have also gone to train have been injured. It hurts the team but it does not work. I do not recommend it. It was a bad experience to train in that place.
