★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en su atención telefónica y en resolver problemas, la colonia Santa Cruz del Monte lleva más de una semana sin agua, lo reportas a sus teléfonos y cada persona que contesta te inventa un pretexto diferente y te cuelgan el teléfono, deberían de dar soluciones ya que su servicio de pipas ni responde el teléfono y si te responden 24 hrs para que te den el servicio, te dicen que a tal hora va llegar ya bien la presión de agua para que si ko llegas y marcas de nuevo ya no contesten por que ya salieron de sus oficinas, deberían de dar soluciones adecuadas ya que uno cumple con el. Pago y no den un servicio adecuado.
