Lots of nature for an eco-sustainable project as the name Yaaxlum itself says, that is 'green land' Beautiful apartments equipped with all comforts and with many services: swimming pool and common area with gym, Jacuzzi, relaxation lounge area, concierge, 24-hour security, elevators and, unique in tulum .. private underground parking.

Ya que se encuentra a las orillas del pueblo de Tulum pero muy cerca de una Avenida en la cual te puedes trasladar. Por favor evita el uso de taxi ya que como la zona no es de fácil acceso ellos te cobran una tarifa adicional muy cerca de una zona de cenotes Excellent option. Personally, I recommend this type of hotel if you have a rented car. Since it is located on the edge of the town of Tulum but very close to an avenue in which you can move. Please avoid the use of a taxi since, as the area is not easily accessible, they charge you an additional fee very close to a cenotes area.

Not only you have the feeling to be sharing space with the jungle while enjoying the comfort of a modern building with gym facilities, jacuzzi and a terrace bar, you can also take a bicycle ride to the pristine beach (or walk if you can). Truly recommended!

The concierge, Leandro was very caring. He has been very helpful with any kind of requests, we had. e.g. giving advice about things to do, or places to visit. For the price you pay for the huge appartment you get a very good value in return. ;o) Probably the best in town. Thanks for having us and taking such good care of us.? If you have a rental car or a scooter, Oasis/Yaaxlum can be reached from the town center within a couple of minutes easily. There is also a scooter/bike rental place close by. ?
