Un poco difícil encontrar estacionamiento con sombra. Está muy cerca de la Villa de Allende, sólo queda lejos a los habitantes del poniente de Coatzacoalcos, sobre todo los de Olmeca, Santa Martha y Dunas. Necesario poner un sitio al estilo sucursal de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas en aquella zona, para facilitar un poco la recepción y seguimiento de los trámites.
