★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no tan normal, porque hay empleados que no tratan bien al contribuyente que acude, con algún problema, y en lugar de orientarlo, para facilitarle el tramite, lo tratan con mucha arrogancia. Sin embargo pues en general si todo lo llevamos en regla los tramites son rápidos.
