★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El espacio que está entre la terminal y el metro está muy descuidada y sucia. Creo que debería haber más vigilancia también. La ventaja es que entre un punto y otro, no caminas más de 3-5 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa es que haya gente necesitada y que requiera del comercio informal pero otra muy distinta es que se quieran aprovechar y buscar cualquier espacio para poner un puesto. Creo que por protección civil deberían de despejar las entradas de acceso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El metro Observatorio es la terminal de la línea 1 del metro de la Ciudad de México, también conocida como línea rosa por su color representativo, dicha estación se encuentra en un paradero muy importante pues no sólo es la estación de salida de la línea 1, sino que también conecta, cruzando la calle, con la Terminal central de autobuses del poniente, asimismo conocida como observatorio, desde la cual salen autobuses foráneos a diversos estados del país, contando con una amplia variedad de destinos. También en las afueras de la estación se encuentran diversas salidas de varias rutas locales de la ciudad y la zona metropolitana, en el lado poniente de la ciudad, con un gran flujo de camiones, combis y taxis hacia diferentes destinos. Hay que tomar en cuenta el inconveniente de esta estación, que es el de que no se puede regresar hacia anteriores estaciones del metro, teniendo que salir y pagar nuevamente la entrada. En las afueras hay también delincuencia, principalmente atracos a transeúntes y automovilistas, y ocasionalmente asaltos a autobuses, y también carteristas, por lo que se recomienda tomar las precauciones pertinentes y guardar apropiadamente objetos de valor.
